It's purely sales sales sales sales like insurance, tgs , sip , pms , and brokerage pressure is very much , like fno and brokerage is very high , client definitely goes in loss and end up losing hard earned money , that's where I felt i should leave because charging so high brokerage it gets hard to provide service to client and profits too , market is uncertain no guarantee client will trade or not still we employee have immense pressure to work and get business, sometimes TLS also pressure alot , salary when I joined was less , and they hire everyone like freshers with no market experience and no interest in this field in this case the client suffers....Read More

Country sales head Rishi Cobra is such a bu gger. This fraud company just want to get sales done from employees even at the cost of their lives

Policies which make this company worst company in the entire world to work for: - you will be wrongly sold the role I was promised that I would get a portfolio to manage and this is not a direct sales role but instead I was forced to do cold calling and do client visits. Due to my interest interest in the financial markets I took up the role and left my stable job which I used to feed my family with. After joining just after few days I was forced to do sales work this is a hardcore sales profile. - Rishi Cobra is such a mentally sick person he would use abusive language and go to any extent to extort money out of clients through their wealth managers - This is a non inclusive place to work for as no non veg is allowed in office and a fine of 5000 rs is imposed upon having it. - This job role is not safe for women and no attention is paid on women safety and you would be forced to do client visits alone - There is no notice period mentioned in the offer letter and you can be thrown out of this organisation any day without any notice and you would have to worry about feeding your family from next day<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. - There is a strict attendance policy and if you reach late hy even a sec you would not get salary for that day - There is a strict rule of doing 2 client visits everyday without any leads being provided and you would be left on your own on the road to do sales and if you miss to to do two client visits any given day your salary will be deducted</mark>. Afte the client visits call will be made to the client to check if the manager had visited them and even they will check which color they were wearing. Office politics, favouritism, top management are classist. My team members and me (total 3) were hired for helping start-ups raise money (investment banking for early stage companies), our entire Interview process was on this job profile. 6 months into the system our boss who took our interview on the job profile tells us to do col d calls and reach out to investors to invest in Motilal Oswal, something totally different from what we were hired for. On top of that I was awarded a 0% hike because for the initial 6 months I was not into cold calls, I was regularly threatened by my boss to be thrown out of the organisation. I decided to speak to the regional head to change within the department into a role more suited to my studies, I was pursuing my ACCA at that point. Well there are lots of things to add here but I will try to summarise in short message. The first is your salary will be too low far less then the average salary. You have to everything. You have to open demet account, you have to do the backoffice work, you have to do sales, you have t o find out potential clients, you have to raise fund from customer, you have to solve the query of client. In short you have to do everything (finance role, marketing role, sales Role, backoffice role) by all doing this you will get very less salary. For demet account opening company will not provide data. You have to find out do it everything by yourself. ZERO support from management. The Product Department lately has been awful. Clear disparity in terms of salaries, bonus, WFH provision only to some selected departments. No checks on performance of depts and randomly passing them awards and appreciations HR dept is the worst at MO. They don't even understand the p ain points of employees. Even after delivering the requirements, no appreciation or recognition Have to compulsorily wait for 2 yrs for promotion and they will get someone from outside with 3yrs experience and give them AVP designation.
