Job Description
- Drive Equity & Derivatives Business:
- Utilize research products to develop and execute equity and derivative strategies for Retail clients.
- Ensure seamless product dissemination across the Retail Channel to enhance client engagement.
- Client & Deal Management:
- Directly engage with Retail clients to structure and close large equity and derivative transactions.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors to identify investment opportunities.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Product Managers to support the Retail team.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to ensure the team meets business objectives.
- Target Achievement & Business Growth:
- Take ownership of annual volume targets for equity and derivatives transactions.
- Drive revenue growth through structured equity and derivative offerings.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Research, Trading, and Risk Management teams to align products with market trends and risk appetite.
- Ensure smooth coordination between various internal departments to enhance business efficiency.
