Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Private Equity Head to join our leadership team. The Senior Private Equity Head will be responsible for leading investment strategies, managing high-value portfolios, and driving long-term financial growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Strategy: Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with Micro Mitt's business goals and market conditions.
• Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of fractional real estate investments, ensuring optimal returns and risk management.
• Deal Structuring: Oversee deal origination, financial modeling, and structuring of investment opportunities.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to identify new investment opportunities.
• Compliance: Ensure all investment activities are compliant with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing investment team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Portfolio Performance: Achieve targeted ROI across all managed investment portfolios.
• Deal Closure: Successfully close high-value investment deals within defined timelines.
• Investor Satisfaction: Maintain high satisfaction scores among investors through effective communication and performance delivery.
• Risk Management: Maintain a balanced risk profile across investment activities.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field from a recognized institution.
• 12+ years of experience in investment management, preferably in PropTech, Real Estate Investment, or BFSI sectors.
• CFA/CAIA certification preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing large investment portfolios and high-value deal closures.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of real estate markets, fractional ownership structures, and investment vehicles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and investor relations abilities.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Compensation:

• CTC: INR 40L-60L
• LPA + Benefits & Bonus
