Job Summary:
The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in real estate sectors. This role requires a proactive and motivated individual with extensive experience in property sales, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
- Promote and sell residential, commercial, and land properties to clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide clients with detailed information about properties, including location, pricing, and features.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from property viewings to negotiations and closing deals.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate sales terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate with legal and financial professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on residential, commercial, and land properties.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including current trends and regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
