Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Senior Wealth Advisors specializing in real estate to join our expanding advisory team. The Senior Wealth Advisor will be responsible for developing and managing high-net-worth client portfolios, providing strategic investment advice, and driving wealth generation through real estate investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Develop and manage a network of HNI clients seeking wealth creation through real estate investments.
- Investment Advisory: Provide strategic investment advice on fractional ownership, real estate funds, and related wealth-building products.
- Portfolio Management: Manage and optimize client portfolios for long-term wealth generation and capital appreciation.
- Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients through trust, transparency, and effective wealth management strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct real estate market analysis to identify high-potential investment opportunities.
- Sales Leadership: Achieve individual and team-based sales targets for real estate investment products.
- Compliance: Ensure all advisory services comply with financial regulations and company policies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Client Acquisition: Onboard and manage a defined number of HNI clients annually.
- Portfolio Performance: Achieve optimal returns for client portfolios based on investment strategies.
- Revenue Generation: Meet revenue and sales targets through advisory services.
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain high client retention rates and positive feedback scores.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in wealth advisory, financial planning, or real estate investment advisory.
- Proven success in managing HNI client portfolios and achieving wealth growth targets.
- Strong knowledge of real estate investment strategies, fractional ownership models, and capital markets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Certification in Wealth Management (CFA, CFP, NISM) preferred.
Compensation:
- CTC: INR 10-15 LPA + Benefits & Bonus
