About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our operations in the Delhi NCR region. The NCR Head will be responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and team leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead Nobroker's expansion and establish its presence in one of India's largest and most competitive real estate markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in the Delhi NCR region.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and formulate plans to expand market share.
Operations Management:
- Oversee end-to-end operations, including property transactions, customer support, and site visits.
- Ensure seamless coordination between pre-sales, sales, and post-sales teams for exceptional customer experience.
Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to meet regional goals.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and development to ensure alignment with Nobroker's culture and values.
Business Development & Partnerships:
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, and other key stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem.
- Negotiate and close partnerships to drive revenue growth and enhance service offerings.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the face of Nobroker in the Delhi NCR market, fostering relationships with HNI clients and institutional stakeholders.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively to maintain high satisfaction and retention levels.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all operations.
- Prepare and present periodic business reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent in business, sales, or related fields.
- 8-12 years of experience in real estate sales, operations, or related industries, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR real estate market and customer dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results under pressure.
