Office environment was very bad because of that manager and the TL and everyone are playing politics for every small things In KGNR building outbound team 3rd floor

It's a great opportunity to work here, providing meals is very good, i really appreciate that. I love working with my team.

Dislikes

No recognition, no work life balance, no difference between a technically supporting employee and normal non technical employee. Rotational week for support team that too only 1 day in a week you don't know when u get that 1 day off.

No outings No good appraisal Inside Politics Hint: Once you entered into NB as a client advisor, you have to achieve targets every month because we are selling flats which worth crores, what management think like we are selling vegetables and it's very easy to do...Where they don't know the ground reality how a sales guy is facing lot many situations to solve the clients queries.... Getting salary without any delay, getting good incentives, good food

Getting basic salary with lots of deductions in Servicing role, penalties and LOP for silly reasons, lots of work pressure, unprofessional Managers, you will feel frustrated to work, there will be no work life balance only work work work from morning to night that too no extra pay for over time, lots of politics, favouritism, no leaves, your manager will behave like your maid, nothing is there to like you will feel you are in hell...Read More

Relaxed working culture, with vsibility for high performers.

Dislikes

Puntive measures against underperformers are lax and politically motivated resulting in attrition problems. PS: HR of Marketing had a potential POSH case incidencen in office, and this was silenced. No actions taken. Later came to know from Colleagues that the HR was stalking women employees in the Company as well. Also there's been remarks from the same character along the lines of Hindi Imposition, comments against South Indian languages etc which are taken in Jibe by Management( consisting of IIT/IIM/ Top B school Grads) Pay Package as of 2024 is Very Low compared to Industrial Standards. You might be baited into joining the company at a lower package on the guise that you get to work for a bigger brand. Join at your Own Risk....Read More

Company is good but only thing is all managers and there chamcha TL's daily creates some non sense and work environment is very Toxic. Full of pressure.

Dislikes

Worst experience and Toxic culture please don't go to this No broker and its. Full of pressure and needs to extend 3to 4 hrs daily.
