Manager/Sr.Manager - Performance Marketing

Job Description :

- You will be responsible to manage digital campaigns across channels for different business verticals across NoBroker.

- You will overview the day-to-day management of campaigns with a heavy focus on getting the best ROI.

Skills and Requirements:

- Develop and execute strategies to maintain and speed up growth in users via digital channels (SEM, Social Media, Affiliate, CRM)

- Work closely with the team to ensure timely execution of the strategies & plans

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies- Manage paid advertising campaigns on channels like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.

- Keep a track of the performance metrics & own the regular reporting schedule

- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the ultimate objective is achieved

- Work on app campaign strategies on the acquisition & engagement part

- Actively work on identifying new growth opportunities in existing and new channels

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling digital marketing activities.

- Hands-on experience with paid channels (Google & Facebook) is a must.

- Should be a graduate from Premier Institute in India

- Up to date with industry happenings & knowledge.

- Out of the box, creative thinking ability.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
