Job Description:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- You will lead efforts to drive high-quality traffic, increase conversion rates, and optimize return on investment (ROI) for all marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Lead performance marketing strategies, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, programmatic buying, affiliate marketing.
- Allocate and optimize marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and analysing user behaviour.
- Work alongside the SEO team to ensure that all paid strategies align with organic search efforts and drive overall web traffic.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between paid ads and landing pages for a seamless customer journey.
- Develop precise targeting strategies using demographic, behavioral and psychographic data to reach the most relevant audiences.
- Stay up to date with market trends, new digital marketing opportunities, and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital marketing with a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, AMS, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and CRO principles.
- Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AMS, SEMrush, etc.
