Work culture is positive with friendly employees And good behaviour, it encourage learning and seniors are approachable making It easy to To ask question and seek guidance

The standard shift from 8.30 - 5.30 but I often found myself working extra hours till 7.30

I didn't like anything except the colleagues at Motilal Oswal.

Dislikes

Their working hours is too hectic. No work-life balance. They don't follow their own switch off policy after so many times of complaining. HR of Motilal Oswal also not supporting to employees.

The Incentives is one of the best in the Industry for domestic process. Monthly fun activities organized by the HR teams.

Dislikes

Not so we'll incentives for NRI process. Working hours can extend depending upon performance.

Good Place to mould yourself in extreme pressure. Good place to enhance your knowledge. Regularization and leave policy was good.

Working hours are too much especially in malad branch as the whole floor used to late sit till 7.30pm almost 11hrs working as compared to that the fixed salary used to seemed like peanuts.
