Nothing as such, just office politics is going great, bullying culture is at peak here.

Everything right from service to customers and support to employees everything is messed up. Extreme hire and fire policy is followed here with low salary and compensation to employees. Even customers are complaining for their service. They are basically loan sharks who only care about money and don't care about customers relationships and employee welfare and growth.
