Data Analyst (Team Leader)

The Senior MIS Executive / Data Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting key data to support business decision-making. This role involves developing and maintaining MIS reports, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track business performance.
• Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and monitor performance.

Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or a related role.
• Experience in a similar industry (e.g., finance, IT, manufacturing) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced level, including VBA/Macros).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Knowledge of databases and query languages like SQL.
• Familiarity with statistical tools or programming languages like Python or R (optional but preferred).
