Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented MIS Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Diagnostics sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and analyzing data related to diagnostic services across multiple Ujala Cygnus Hospital units. This role involves close collaboration with the diagnostics teams at various hospital units to ensure accurate data reporting, operational efficiency, and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Reporting:
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze diagnostic data across all Ujala Cygnus Hospital units.
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Create customized reports for test volumes, patient data, revenue, and operational KPIs, ensuring they reflect the performance across various hospital units.
• MIS Reports:
• Develop and manage reports on diagnostic operations for different hospital units, providing valuable insights into operational performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of diagnostic services and resource utilization across all hospital locations.
• Design and maintain dashboards for real-time data analysis, which can be accessed by hospital leadership and key teams.
• Collaboration with Hospital Units:
• Work closely with the diagnostics teams at all Ujala Cygnus Hospital units to ensure data collection is accurate, consistent, and meets operational needs.
• Liaise with clinical staff, lab technicians, and hospital unit managers to gather relevant data and resolve data-related discrepancies.
• Support hospital units in streamlining data entry processes and aligning them with the central MIS framework.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in working in hospital or healthcare diagnostics.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams at various locations and ensure smooth data flow across hospital units.
• Knowledge of patient data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA) and adherence to confidentiality regulations.
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve operational challenges related to data management and reporting.
