Training Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop training programs for healthcare professionals on patient care protocols, products, and services.
  
• Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to improve their performance and retention rates.
  
• Conduct classroom-based trainings, workshops, and e-learning modules to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  
• Analyze training metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize future program development.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of healthcare services, healthcare management, hospital operations, patient care protocols, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GCP).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information effectively through various mediums (verbal/written).
  
• Proficiency in using technology-based tools for training delivery (e.g., LMS platforms) as well as presentation software (PowerPoint).
  
• Ability to travel up to 75% annually within India.
