There is Appraisal after every 3 months based on your performance. There is annual picnic.

HR here is not for employee but for AVPs {Jay Bhanushali}. Even if this organisation follow switch off policy still there is late seating every week and in JFM there are days where they do late seating till 8:30. The work life balance is worst here. You get logout just to take rest at home. Taking a leave is not allowed here, if asked leave to AVP he just answer that i am not taking leave then how can you take. AVP just Emphasis his problems. The worst part of this organisation is that you have to return all the hard earn incentive to the company back onces to resign. and HR as glorify this by saying this is retention policy. The organisation just think of target and not about employee. There is no room to rest when you get sick. You have seat on desk and work even if you are ill. I like how team members are cooperative with new joinee and advising them about the role we had to do.

There were some concern with the Team leader but apart from that overall working environment is very good to start with in finance career.
