Motilal oswal is home to unethical practices all the way. They give fake promises about providing incentives after completion of a given target. Bosses just use you to take a promotion for themselves and there are girls who don't even know what markets are still get raises by licking their bosses 🙂

...inancial market and teammates are so supportive and the management is also good.there is a huge cafeteria and appraisals is also fair and they give good salary hike and incentives is quite impressive.

Dislikes

The working hours are so strict and it’s a kind of sales job so there is too much pressure to complete the Many targets at a time other than these I didn’t find any othe problem.

You don't have to get ur own Client base and work on them where elsewhere u have to source clients and trade brokrage on them. Hr priya yadav and sayli unni are super professional and helpful in all cases , Motilal Oswal is employee oriented they think about employees but TLS think about their incentive hence pressure is there , likewise. People are friendly supportive

Employees often dislike the high work pressure, aggressive sales targets, below-industry-average compensation for some roles, and limited work-life balance. It's purely sales sales sales sales like insurance, tgs , sip , pms , and brokerage pressure is very much , like fno and brokerage is very high , client definitely goes in loss and end up losing hard earned money , that's where I felt i should leave because charging so high brokerage it gets hard to provide service to client and profits too , market is uncertain no guarantee client will trade or not still we employee have immense pressure to work and get business, sometimes TLS also pressure alot , salary when I joined was less , and they hire everyone like freshers with no market experience and no interest in this field in this case the client suffers.

Nothing. From day one you will get pressurized. Day you will be forced to wait till 8 30 in the evening and in the morning you will have to reach by 8.15 or else your paid leave will get deducted.

To much of pressure even for freshers. The TL nd manager would force you to abscond from the job and you won't get and relieving letter as well as you notice period salary. There are case where people have done 3 month notice period but still didn't got any thing. neither the salary nor the experience letter. Totally biased place if you are a girl and you show cleavage then you won't get much pressure but for other it would be triple. You will work here for 12 to 13 hours and your personal life would be hell . The Tl and manager are 12 and b com graduate who really don't have any knowledge. They don't even care for the client because of which majority of the data is inactive and you will be forced to call on the number which are inactive for almost 10 year. Daily you will have to daily 500 to 600 call and your ear would start paining by the end of the day. And then also you would be hearing bad words from you TL and manager. Their log say great place to work. But in actually life it worst place to work. The client are currently doing police complaint on the advisor for destroying there portfolio. Don't do a mistake like me by joining it your career would be at a end and this bustard would laugh at it.

...way of talking and words are delivered by Reporting Managers are very dessarter. At the time of appraisal don't hiked the salary as the targets are overachieved.
