One of the worst experience for me as retail advisor in this company. Work ethics is zero completely zero here , no professionalism . Management don't respect employees in this company. They even make you to do overtime like more than 10 hours like late sitting . Pressurise the employees to do unethically works. Employees gain zero knowledge. Management only focus on sales of third party product like insurance, mutual funds and inhouse investment product, in this they mainly focus on insurance and after that, management's only motive to generate brokerage from client whether the losses his all money in trading , like if client have 1 lakh in his demat account management motive is to convert all that money in brokerage. Most of the employees have absconded from this company. Manager is also worst he openly speak bad language in front of all desk even in presence of girls. In a month 1 and 3 Saturday are official off from management but manager used to call on this saturdays to work and after 7 pm there lot of rush for rickshaw you have to wait for 1 to 2 hours for rickshaw...Read More

Fantastic company that gives you all benefits, As fresher I got here lots of knowledge and experience. Staff gets training on every month. Here I could rise my salary every quarter. So don't worry about politics.

Dislikes

Chatu employees are favorite and manager's aslo thinks are good in the team, If your performance in good and you are not a chatu it's hard to get promotion.
