The only good part is the infrastructure of this company. But what looks good from outside may not necessarily be good from inside (mental health).

Dislikes

It has a toxic work culture with no empathy towards any employee. The HOD has mood swings which makes it difficult for any employee to survive. The attrition rate has been very high due to ill behaviour of the management. No human values are considered. They make you slog till night 2am due to which many employees face health issues. Since the attrition rate is very high would recommend to do your research thoroughly before joining this company. No work life balance at all....Read More

Regular lala company, you can come here only if you're not getting any other job. It's an NBFC and the leadership is very poor. They try to hire talents from good colleges but they themselves aren't motivated to do anything significant. Nobody cares about the brand, you'll stop getting calls from Tier1 places if you step here. In all honesty, avoid.

my boss was piece of cr*p, bully and never praised me for my contribution, I feel really bad I put up with his treatment for my time I spent here.

HR did not follow ID act 1947. They have terminated any employee without enquiry and disciplinary proceedings and even senior management doesn't intervene to HR. I was top performer but HR has allegation wrong charge and terminated me and even not given any chance for prove my self innocent. Disgusting and Pathetic HR
