Good learning opportunities as most of the work is hands on and at IC level.

Lots of office politics. People who have been part of the group for a long period of time keep throwing subordinates under bus. Even people at Manger/VP level are highly unprofessional. No work ethics

Senior management is not good, not supportive. They no any vision for employees. In every 12 month all staff is changed. Attrition rate is too high due to HOD. No job security, even for mangers.So, we cant think about the job security of shop floor person (analyst). Senior management not take any action on HOD even after number of complaint against HOD.

Several different different things are easy to learn at a single block in it company. Like Granulation, Compression ,Coating, Deviation, Change control, SAP etc...

Industrial area is far from city hence room to company travel time is waste for us.

Excellent place for working. Employee engagement is superb. I work there for more than 5 years and really it's a golden time for me.You can get equal opportunity for learning new things and you also get promoted and rewarded for the same.
