In this Company you will find a lot of opportunity to build yourself and navigate through various opportunities. Their quality employee benefit is better compared to other companies. Their R&D culture is good but need more improvement. During office hours strict timings are being imposed by the Managers. However If you have good connection with your superiors you will find better settlement otherwise you will face the jumping overcrowded challenges. I would say joining this company is beneficial as well as challenging. The R&D managers are the worst, they do know the Theory but never know how to manage. They will just leave the project on your hand on your own with limited recourses help. However apart from that their corporate managers these R&D and Analytical R&D people are not good enough. Work culture is good but need much much improvement. Few good things though 1) Global Reach : Dr.Reddy's have huge international presence compared to other Indian companies 2) High Quality products : They have much better quality assurance in every aspect. 3)Innovation : Much better maintained technology user. 4) Huge Funding : They have surplus funding that make it best for any aspect of project development, 5)Commitment to research : Their research strategy is best among its classes. 6) Corporate Reputation : Their corporate management is at least better Compromised to other companies. 7) Consistency : Their efforts are consistent enough for better productivity....Read More

I dislike the Limited space available in IPDO, too many teams but most of them are useless in their evaluation. They have biased vacancy filling policy and gender biased managers. Their CTOs and FTOs outside Bachupally are the worst. They treat their employees as a labor rathe than a scientist. People are not well trained and they hide their credibility. Moreover organization and their structure is biased on reference which is not expected in company like this. The people who got the chance to organize anything they will be picked again and again , they won't allow new brains for a certain duty. HR is not good, they are having lack of communications between facility management and R&D and AR&D and Formulations and OSD and Brain and Injectables team management. Employee leave policies are also worst. You won't get a simple leave because your manager will push you to work. Their talent management is also poor. Corporate support and IT support are also poor. Lack of communications everywhere. At last I would say the employee and managements are political more than any company....Read More

There are people who work, then there are delusional entrenched guys who think they are immune being local language speakers and are work attitude is like a part time gig. People in DRL are unaware of their job description and KRA. They know how to find excuses to not work and keep it pending. Careless sycophants of a well entrenched manager can stay safe like government job..if u take initiative or try to challenge their unmindful way of work..be ready for resistance. People with 12-20 LPA flee just bcz of confused work culture. Over hiring and unnecessary/incompetent people who come to consume tea and gupshup and keep work pending are preferred, all you have to do is make good rapport and appear shiny and capable..you do not actually have to be capable bit appear. Can't even communicate well in English Entrenched people working for last 80-100 years with there stubborn and resistant mindset Appearance trumps capability Be manager's yesman and escap unscathed Aura is gloomy and makes you feel mediocre and sloth. Attacking mindset becomes blunt and enthusiasm dies a slow death this company
