Get paid on time at last day of every month Sat-sun off (but you will be called if workload is there no matter you are fresher or experienced)

Toxic work environment for freshers, you are not getting respected at all by team members they will make you feel that you are nothing to them (like you have to follow up for many times for a single queries with the team even they can resolve it within just 2 min), 2) Too many expectations from a freshers 3)giving additional work even when you are already doing a lot 4)politics or nepotism 5)you will be invited on holidays too like on Saturday if workload is there no matter you are fresher or experienced . 6) i was on contract of 1 year , because of above reason I resigned itself after 09 months only ,not for getting another job offer but for not being respected at all 7) if you complaint to your boss about any team members you will be shouted too ( because of only they are more valuable to that boss as compared to a fresher) Company located at Andheri East next to bisleri Company name- Glenmark pharmaceutical limited head office(HO)...Read More

I appointed as desktop support Engineer at Taloja location. But after 4 months they send me to the Andheri location so thats why I take resign.. IT Managers expectations is very High IT Managers want desktop support Engineer know everything about server network. Management is very bad.

There's no work life balance you have to work 12 hrs shift for 2 days every week and rest in 8 hrs, if you are experienced individual joining from another company they don't give u proper training in area they just think the new guy should know everything. Lastly the canteen is pvt. you have to pay minimum 50 still you don't get quality food.
