There's no work life balance you have to work 12 hrs shift for 2 days every week and rest in 8 hrs, if you are experienced individual joining from another company they don't give u proper training in area they just think the new guy should know everything. As compared to other plant of Glenmark this satpur plant is far backward. Here huge difference is observed in HR policies also. Earlier the overtime compensation was Rs. 25 per hour and management was exploiting the manpower and as soon as the overtime charges are raised to Rs. 150 per hour, either the employee has to exit punch 5-10 min before 2 hours so the OT will not be applicable or the manager will not approve the OT....Read More

In Glenmark Nashik plant. You can experience working in most of dosage form which will help to get knowledge expansion. There is no restriction in learning in new department other than assign dept.

Dislikes

Promotion and appraisal is very poor as compare to market. Most of the employees are Due for promotion therefore rest must need to wait for that. From company very less facility were provide to employee. In name of Cost cutting so much discomfort was faced by employee.
