Work life is balanced , plants works in 3 shift, salary on time before completion of the months, Leaves credited in to the account at the time of joining on pro rata basis, mediclaim is free for employee his spouse and 2 dependent, if you ask for relocation amount and fnf amount with HR, THEY PROVIDED ,job is secured if you are not doing any DI Violation.

Alkem is not a process Oriented Company, No Ethics, No Work Culture, Unethical pressure to Employees for resign, In cycle meeting Senior sale person used to give Gali to their team members. Lots of politics. Hindu Muslim castism bahot hota hai . Aur promotion kbhi nahi hota .

There only one pro here in sales department you will get promoted fast if there an opening they prefer promoting internally
