As working in Lupin it provides the structural growth and it's good adaptive learning nature helped me to enhance the skills and be better.

The people of the department they have discrimination between girls and boys alloted working criteria using of abusive words even manager are threatening even HR don't listen salary is also poor Lupin gives good salary but the middle person cut those manager give false statements using of unwanted material are totally there inside the premises no checking labs are filled with tabacco underneath the machines these aren't expected from Lupin the people take jobs without any reason and if you fight for right they make you out regilion discrimination is also there inside the department even HR don't listen to this...Read More

There is a lot to learn new things and Senior colleagues are supportive. And once you gain experience in Lupin, your job opportunities in other companies increase.All over management is good except for quality control.

Work life balance It is very bad. Due to lack of sufficient manpower, we often have to work overtime. We don't even get holidays when we want them. Not all C-offs can be taken.There are often holidays and C-off laps.Increment is very low. No appreciation for work. It takes many years to get promoted.
