one of things which I don't like that individual's preferences and biases which led to instances where personal biased and group dynamics influenced that allocation of advantages within the organization. the presence of groupism further exacerbated this issues, as it fostered an environments where individuals may receive preferential treatment based on their affiliations rather than their merit or contributions. This tendency for decision-making to be influenced by personal likes and dislikes, as well as group dynamics, created inconsistencies and inequalities within the organization. it hindered the establishment of a fair and equitable work environment where individuals could thrive based on their abilities and efforts rather than subjective factors. Very poor HR & Admin. People reached higher ranks for staying long years but do not have basics of leadership. Croony, only interested in self gain, are spreading mess all around. GSK as a global entity is great in culture & human values. But in India its just not same. Attrition rate is increasing rapidly. Young, dynamic people joins GSK for its brand value. Learns and adopts the best practices for 3/4 years. Then leave GSK & join other organization with good growth opportunity and establish the GSK system & best practices there. These are 20% of the total workforce contributing 80% performance. The other 80% spoils, exploits & takes all credits for the performance made by those 20%. GSK India is a great workplace with lots of worst people sitting in leadership position just because of seniority....Read More
