If you will join as sales officer ( cluster head) you will not be able to maintain work life balance. High targets are given and manipulation is there in target so more pressure will come from seniors then the actual pressure.

I am at PPDS site Ahmedabad since last ૩ years, and witnessing the biasness in promotion, annual appraisal and day to day work distribution to fellow.
Some people sit whole the day and make PPT of 4-5 slides, while some are loaded with extreme work burden by manager.
