Overall Group is good but CPC division is Wore to worst because top management not related to agri division and Zero Knowledge and hectic mindset

Actually Natco Pharma - CHS is Cheating company, Mr. Rajesh Chebiem EVP - CHS division is fraudulent & un ethical and worst behaviour persons and HR standards is school kids mindset and not corporate knowledgeable person and over smart thinking. There is no future in the organisation and Division will also closed soon My sincere suggest for all the employees don’t join this cheating organisation.

There is no work Culutre in Natco Pharma. No Job Security. Work life balance is so poor for post of Managers. Since Incapable person holding senior position in Sales and HR Department so no chances of skills development.

to be Honest there some people who are spoiling the culture of the company and too much politics at the upper level, there are a lots of negative people in this company who will keep you troubled that too without any reason.

everything.. worst culture, I have ever seen... nothing to learn and grow. Whatever the boss says, you have to follow.. doesn't matter right or wrong. there is a separate time for tea boys and girls....that is 10 min... no jeans and sleeveless are allowed. HR, without a degree in HR, roams around the whole day with his diary to note, who is talking who is walking. ph is not allowed... it is a 60-year-old cultured company... top management has no idea what the senior managers are doing....Read More

It’s really a good opportunity to work here where we have the chance to prove what we can . We could get descent amount of hike for our performance and would get enough time to spend with our family as company provides spacious 2BHK house for its employees in a gated community
