Overall Group is good but CPC division is Wore to worst because top management not related to agri division and Zero Knowledge and hectic mindset

Actually Natco Pharma - CHS is Cheating company, Mr. Rajesh Chebiem EVP - CHS division is fraudulent & un ethical and worst behaviour persons and HR standards is school kids mindset and not corporate knowledgeable person and over smart thinking. There is no future in the organisation and Division will also closed soon My sincere suggest for all the employees don’t join this cheating organisation.

everything.. worst culture, I have ever seen... nothing to learn and grow. Whatever the boss says, you have to follow.. doesn't matter right or wrong. there is a separate time for tea boys and girls....that is 10 min... no jeans and sleeveless are allowed.
