Poor management and skilled person not available in the organisation, Granules india need to work on higher management even manager level person for there components or not for the daily routine jobs. Need to improve the HR , HR people’s are totally un - educated there is no any HR policy for the employees So much safety concern in the entire manufacturing units in Granules India.

Supportive reporting manager's and maintaining sufficient manpower to avoid work load.

Dislikes

The overall management(HR, Production , Engeneering, IPQA and safety departments)is not responding about facilities, safety related issues given by area operator. And they are ignoring major issues about Near Miss and other safety consults. * The security behaviour is very very bad.
