Too much politics is there. Managers will give appraisal based on favouratism. If you are working good then also you will get less appreciation and appraisal because of favouratism. Some people do time pass and get higher increments and others after doing everything get less. Managers will force to do double triple shifts without asking also. And exchange you will get nothing.
