There is nothing to like about this Company, Specially Goa location. The food is of worst quality. The HR is highly non-professional and very rude in the behavior (Very non approachable). Basically the HR feels like they are the God there. The HR policies and Rules are worst (They are basically designed in such a way so as to trapthe employee and so as to not favour the employee). The leave policy is pathetic. The New Lady HR who has joined at Goa is just worst. Highly unprofessional and unorganized. She just does things as per her will, making and breaking rules as per her wishes. Overall the Technical team is Good. But because of the HR right from the Head till the lower level the company has become worst. Instead of progressing and moving with the current trends of employee friendliness and open culture, the company is going in opposite direction due to the old school thinking and mentality of the HR. There is absolutely no flexibility and mental peace whatsoever. You are made to submit your mobile phone in the morning and absolutely not allowed to access it at all during the day, let there be any kind of emergency. So if you are thinking of moving to Goa for Unichem and if you not a local then think again...!!! Highly not recommended if you are non-goan because once you are in the company you are their slave with no contact with outside world. Final verdict: DONT JOIN AND SCREW YOUR HAPPINESS...Read More

Working Culture of Unichem is horrible. HOD running oragananization on there own way, they make their own rule and pressurise the lower level people to obey that. HR policies are not good, so much restrictions are there. You have to deposit your phone at security gate, not allow to use your phone in campus not even in breaktime. Youare unable to contact outside people. Don't spoil your peace of mind, if you having another opportunity in your hand blindly accept it....Read More
