Free to work time. No Pressure. Help in providing work from home when required despite of 10 days fixed working in a month.

Dislikes

Project was improved by me however complete project lead was not made and given to new associate. No New Work Given to learn and get experience. Promotion is never on the table. They hire experience person but doesn't consider the experience when required stating you don't have that much experience in Teva.
