The company as such is really vast and has some really good benefits for employees. They also have great work values and overall the company is a good place to work but it really depends on which department are you into and who is on the leadership board for the department you are working for.

If you are planning to join as a medical writer in medical communications then please dont! The department is full of bullies who are ultra comfortable after working here for many many years. You will always find a opening in this department because someone or the other is always frustrated with the high volume of work and tends toleave. The leadership in this particular department is extremely questionable and the higher management seriously needs to look into this, it is coz of people like this a reputable brand like viatris looks bad! Canteen's food .non AC bus provided during summers.and the OHC was build too far from the department. There were not such proper facility about OHC.
