Nothing is good in hetero labs limited i am currently working here everything is bad. But as a freshers you can learn operator work here

Dislikes

No difference between operator and officers here after b.pharma graduation the freshers one go and clean the container machine parts and clean the area . They gave us jr. Officer as a designation but they want from us to work as a casual . For b pharma freshers this company is terrible no difference between casual and b pharm freshers.

The management takes very good care of the employees. Salaries are paid exactly on the first day of the month. If anyone is not feeling well, they make sure to get mediclaim urgently! There is also a canteen facility.

Dislikes

The company management treats the employees well, but the lower-level managers only reward the hard workers. They only let go of those who pass the time! They don't give increments properly.
