Theres so much learn here but no one will Support you

Dislikes

Everything is pretty annoying in the department (MES), no one will support you to work and learn they are always gonna put you down and make you feel like shit. You are always being controlled by your toxic manger (Mr. Srinivasa Raju) who is always filling his ego meter, he will ask you for your bus tickets for proof when your on leave and doesn’t approve sick leaves if you want sick leave after taking next day they will make you work double shift (16hrs). Except few everyone are toxic here and have multiple faces. There is such a good learning and topping up your skills here but you can never grow here because of toxic culture, they will also make you work extras when your on your 1st shift - ie: your work is from 7 to 2 but they’ll make you work till 5 and if not your surely gonna get black mailed by your manager by telling termination of your job and so on. You can never be satisfied or be in peace with cheap/poor management where you need to put your self a step further being extreme and living exhausted always while working...Read More

Great platform for learning especially for juniors. Versatility and empowerment to take decisions are a plus. Strides is a good pay master

Dislikes

Culture is a big setback for organisational growth and its top down. Power is in wrong hands which is impacting the growth and work culture. Has lot of potential for growth but few dirty minds are pulling the organisation down for their self interest. No work life harmony. Its a clear toxic culture and no psychological safety.
