Here Co-worker & shift Incharges are fully selfish they will carry every information to manager for promotion or better increment. Each and every operation what ever we write in the document we have to ask several times other wise if mistake happen no one can save you.

No bonus Worst work culture in microbiology dept. Even though when there isn't any work they ask you to come and the worst part is they won't give OT or comp off. If u take a leave in a week that they will consider as week off and there will be no week off in that week. Microbiology managers are psychos
