Too much politics is there. Managers will give appraisal based on favouratism. If you are working good then also you will get less appreciation and appraisal because of favouratism. Some people do time pass and get higher increments and others after doing everything get less. Managers will force to do double triple shifts without asking also. And exchange you will get nothing. Here we don't have so many OT's like other companies. We get sufficient time for spending with family. We can get salary on time.

Here Co-worker & shift Incharges are fully selfish they will carry every information to manager for promotion or better increment. Each and every operation what ever we write in the document we have to ask several times other wise if mistake happen no one can save you.
