Role & responsibilities

• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
• Attending queries and escalating it to concerned department
• Coordinate for admin related work
• Review daily sales report; weekly secondary compilation; monthly secondary compilation
• Divisions monthly review preparation
• Compiling and coordination with state head for monthly tour plan v/s actual
• Organizing and attending HO meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes) regarding sales statements, indents, purchase order, etc.
• Attending Budget meetings, Cycle meetings, etc.
• Managing databases, preparing MIS reports and business plans
• Travel management Like Hotel Booking, Flight booking, manage travel itinerary & all.
• Logging or processing bills or expenses
• Provide customer support to doctors (CBRM- Customer Business Relationship Management)
• Looking after domestic conferences
• Prepare format of Cycle meetings and coordination with the concerned department
• Look after the material dispatches of concerned department along with PMT
• Sample planning, sales stock management and execution of both
• KOL of doctors, coordinating with field managers.
