Need to Improve tracking mechanism and time bound activities. Due to Tracking and time bound we increase capability of person and complete project before target complition date.

This is a big name in India and you get easily accepted by the customers, they also take care of their employee if not the best then definitely better than many other indian house.

the compensation benefits and working comfort is little compromised. the mid year KRA was done but it went without working out to be real feedback system,
