Work life is balanced , plants works in 3 shift, salary on time before completion of the months, Leaves credited in to the account at the time of joining on pro rata basis, mediclaim is free for employee his spouse and 2 dependent, if you ask for relocation amount and fnf amount with HR, THEY PROVIDED ,job is secured if you are not doing any DI Violation.

Deduction of gratuity amount from CTC but only Get after completion of 5 year.

HR has no domination. Management dose the dictatorship with employees No job sequrity for those who wants to stay with alkem.

Canteen:- facility is unhygienic and poor Manpower managements: Is poor Work related :- JD provided during interview is okay but they were change after joining and forcing to do task not related to my JD Salary Payment:- come on time but the claim we have to do will come after many follow up , like we are come here to do work or follow-ups.
