The inclusive culture of UBS is just too good to be true, I've been part of a team where I'm the one and only female employee, and I've never felt suppressed due to my gender (or even age) by my teammates. UBS as a whole also encourages its employees to learn and implement a lot of things/ideas. The leave policies and hybrid work culture are like icing on the cake!

Dislikes

Hikes/promotions are way too slow at UBS compared to other IBs, but due to all the other benefits, people at UBS do not wish to leave the organisation immediately.

# There is no cabin or box system while floor is open to all anybody can seat anywhere. It is benefited in way that from employee level to director seat together so could have opportunity to connect more with higher authorities. # They follow western culture where no body call sir to anyone which gives feel of equality. # It have hybrid model where you can work 40% per month from home. # I work in Product controller so I don't rhink anything need to add. # Year on year hike is quite low comparison to other compitition and also irrespective of how hard you work if doesn't highlighted to high level your manager will not highlight this on his own. # Work distribution is too much disturbed, as I can see on my floor a team is working so hard as they need to do overtime without any additional benefit and on the other side a team which is free even it's working hours.
