Likes

Too much of conspiracies and pressure from management side. Managers are not skilled and highly maintain office politics. However US counterparts are really good.

Dislikes

No one cares about your techie skills, even if you are from java, python or any other side management force to work on .net. Also they judge employees based on it and didn’t give much hike during appraisal.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
