Everything taking from the salary to work life balance to holidays nothing is good at every single point they are breaking the labour law and making there own rules. Like not giving the paid leaves even though it is in my aggreement I signed with the company or giving the OT even though they are making their employees working more the 12 hours on a daily basis

There are several undisclosed aspects of the job that become apparent only after you join. This lack of transparency can make you feel misled and undervalued. The company seems more focused on creating an image on social media rather than fostering a healthy work culture. Weekend activities often appear to be for show rather than genuine team building. Don't expect any substantial training or mentorship. You are mostly left to fend for yourself, which can be challenging, especially for newcomers. Senior employees may not provide the support you need. Instead of guiding you properly, they often deflect queries and push you. It's uncommon for senior employees to delegate difficult tasks to junior staff, even if it means staying late into the night. This work distribution is unfair and adds unnecessary pressure on new hires. The company seems to have double standards when it comes to work hours. Established employees can arrive late and leave as they please, while newcomers are expected to strictly adhere to the 1-hour requirement. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
