1. HR is dummy over the and any serious and people management issues raised against Operations will not be taken any action 2. Operations Head will will judge people wat he hears from his closed ones 3. No proper investigation will be done to know the truth and act accordingly 4. Poor People Management and Leadership skills from the top management 5. Toxic work culture and they wanted to do the way ever onshore support says (not client) internal onshore party and wat ever she says have to follow blindly eg: 2+2 = 22 6. No proper documentation or feedback no procedure will be followed irrespective of anything. One day they will say you to leave. 7. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
