The management does not listen to the staff. Dictatorship is goes on. Every staff member wants to leave from housekeeping, front desk, sales, trainers etc., mainly due to less salary and more work pressure. No proper holiday system and 0 benefits or perks. I will advice the management to respect the trainers an pay them as per their work. Mrs. Sunita thinks she is a CEO of a multinational millionaire company, and poses silly rules and regulations that are not even in a corporate company or even in schools for children. working here is a waste of time....Read More
