I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? It’s good if boss is good . At the time I was working top management was brutal cruel poltics ... pressurising for sales and opportunist to exploit for extra hours and grilling sessions in the name of meeting . MR EDDIE AND MR.BAINS top HOD were worse .

Eddie H.O.D overly self obsessed insecure person . Always exploiting n grilling staff for nonsense senseless meetings , pressuring for sales, disrespecting women staff . Politics between staff and take my word he has the CURSE OF EACH AND EVERY EXECUTIVE WORKING IN HIS TEAM THAT TIME . Now I heard he got kicked out n times have changed
