The company is good and their is so many new member joined after me and we had good collaboration in work so it's make easy to work their and wasim sir was too good to handling us and some times he do protect us he is really kind so we as a team members never dispoint sir .sir allows told as to be calm at work and they give as training also it's really helpful .

Dislikes

Compensation is to low ,and growth is terrible. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, they forced to work 4hr more sometimes it extended hr straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and every time they forced to work late night .manager do not value an individual's unique strength, which is why I have totake back my steps most of the times. Also no training for fresher's and Seniors force to teach them step by step and calls receiving also which is pain ....Read More

Work Details

I have to attend 200+ calls per day and pitching for company as a marketers gets tiring and the task is slightly repetitive. I study about the product by my own and research it to gain customers attention .
