Work culture is Good during work. Good management during work. There will be Friendly and supportive nature among staff during work.

Dislikes

I saw many employees ( ladies & gents ) including me was cried, depressed, upset due to MD wantedly torchure behaviour. I'm very much hurt due to his sad mental & torchure behavior. Initially they will give salaries satisfactorily. Later, in the following months, they will put salary pendings and gradually increases the value of outstanding ( pending ) amount. They will send employees out by saying improper reasons and without paying their ( employees ) hard worked salary amount. Later they will not respond our mails, phone calls. Many employees who came out ( sent ) from company, they are unable to fight with company due to their houses/ villages situated at long distances or family situations and unable to meet them ( company head ) may times etc reasons. other reason is they will escape from employees during final payment. He will not be available and escapes from old employees who tried to meet him. Simply to say he is a cheater. He cheats with employees life. He doesn't responds how much the families of the employees are lost their lives are in trouble with his pending amount. I will nor recommend employees to join in this company ( vOptimise ). I don't like to spoil employees families and life's. I'm strongly suggesting job seekers, please do not choose this company. do not spoil your life as well as dependents of members in your family and please say every one do not select this company. I had given work Training to employees, helped to complete project with quality work. I did hard work. I had releases my responsibilities, duties perfect to develop company status.
