Test Automation tools evaluation for customers, Do POC with with customers requirements, prepare and present the implementation approach documents. Training the platform level QA team with Test Management and Test Automation tools.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
