I have offers from BMC Software, for Product Developer- 1, Fixed 18L + 10 % variable = 19.8L and MasterCard for Software Engineer 2 , Fixed 20L + 7 % variable = 21.4 L , and Joining bonus of 1L = 22.4 L I have around 3 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot , Microservices, Could you please guide, which one should I prefer ?
